YMI Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ymidigital.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you send. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. GA4 uses cookies to associate visits. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising features.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard web server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp. These are retained for 30 days and used only for security and debugging.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie (ymi_cookie_consent) to remember your analytics preference. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) with a 2-year lifetime. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Contact form data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting engagement — typically no longer than 2 years. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 settings.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email us at hello@ymidigital.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
